Autonomous Capabilities for DoD Summit Registration
PLEASE NOTE: We are at capacity for main room seating as of SEPTEMBER 15th 1200 EST. We have opened an overflow meeting room located just a few feet from the main conference room. Sessions will be lived streamed, seating (large tables with chairs) and complimentary WIFI are provided in this area and you may enter the back of the main conference room to ask any questions or pose any comments you may have during a session.
MAIN CONFERENCE ROOM OVERFLOW ROOM
We anticipate that the overflow seating will only be needed for DAY 1 but may be needed for the morning of Day 2 as well. You will have full access to all networking areas. You badge will be colored in a light blue which will indicate your seating and registration in the overflow area for Day 1.
The registration fee will include a light continental breakfast each day, full lunches, and mid-morning and afternoon breaks and refreshments, and access to all networking receptions. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 20 working days from the start of the first day of the event after which you will be held liable for 100% of the amount due. To cancel your registration, email email@example.com. You may also send someone (not already registered) in your place if you are unable to attend. Please see below for substitution information.
In the case that the event is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a credit of your registration fee that can be applied to the new dates of the event or any future event.
All substitutions must be received no later than 5 business days prior to the start of the event. Please send an email with your confirmation receipt and the full name, professional title and organization of your substitute to firstname.lastname@example.org. Substitutions made after this date will be processed on-site.
DSI has a no-solicitation policy covering all of our events. In order to provide a distraction-free environment for our speakers, sponsors, attendees and employees, we do not allow solicitation at our events by attendees or unauthorized parties without the express written permission of DSI.
